If you have any queries or concerns about the catering box you have received please contact us directly via stjamesjardin@gmail.com

We are not required to provide a refund based on a change of mind.

In the event that the catering boxes arrive damaged we will replace or issue a credit subject to the approval of management. Photo evidence will be required to verify the damage.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our couriers for delivery.
